An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death, especially for senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions. By visiting us at Los Padres Outfitters, you assume all risks related to COVID-19.

Horseback riding is an activity that requires each rider to be physically and mentally present. Total physical and mental engagement throughout the ride is necessary. Please note that we have a mixture of horses and mules for all of our rides. Appropriate attire and footwear is required in order to ride. If you think you will need assistance getting on or off the horse, this may not be the ride for you. An accurate and honest height and weight is expected upon booking, (not exceeding 220 lbs). If you show up for your ride, and exceed this limit, your wrangler has the right of refusal. This is for your safety as well as the animals. If this situation occurs, there will be no refunds given for that rider. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Refund Policy: Please be aware when making a reservation that we are guaranteeing that we will have horses and a guide available for your ride. For this reason if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel from the time of booking until 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.
